IGBCE and Chemical Employers Agree on 6-7% Pay Rise
Three-day negotiations conclude with sustainable agreement
Exclusive tariff protection for employees
After three days of intensive negotiations, the Industrial Union of Mining, Chemical and Energy Workers (IGBCE) and the Chemical Employers Association have reached an agreement on a sustainable pay increase for employees in the chemical industry.
The agreement includes a pay rise of 6-7% for employees, as well as exclusive tariff protection to ensure their rights and benefits.
The current collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry expires on June 30, 2024, and the peace obligation has been lifted by the union.
